Mike Vlah successfully defended his Master’s thesis! He is now Master Mike, and Gordon has graduated his first waffle. Mike’s first chapter was recently published in Ecosystems (link). And…Mike (and Gordon) recently joined the Stream Pulse Project (link). Whew…

Ben Miller has been awarded a 2015 Boren Fellowship! This fellowship will fund Ben to live in Cambodia for about eight months to both do research and learn the language and culture.
